Rachelle has served as CEO of Transform Materials, a technology company that builds projects that provides green chemistry and clean hydrogen. She also served as President for AG&P Americas, building modular projects for U.S. projects. Prior she led the gas processing and hydrogen business for Honeywell and led multiple teams for Air Liquide. Ms. Goebel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance.

Mack has extensive human resource experience on global projects. His career has spanned Brown & Root, McDermott (formerly CB&I), and AG&P Americas. At McDermott, Mr. McClain oversaw the resources of the Cameron Louisiana project team which included over 15,000 project and construction workers.

Michael has built innovative online and consulting businesses that extend to a diverse client base. His background includes operations, marketing and financial consulting and he holds a degree in Business Administration and Management with a Marketing specialization.

Maylene leads financial operations for XForce. She holds her Certified Public Account (CPA) certification via the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, Certified Management Account (CMA) via the Institute of Management Accountants, and her Chartered General Management Accountant (CGMA) certification via AICPA.
